Steve Fenig has been unfairly maligned by whoever posted the anonymous review. Both my friend and I have lived in his apartments for two or more years. Over the course of those two years he has never tried to rob us. (WTF') Instead, Steve has always responded promptly to service calls for even the smallest things. For example, the light-bulb burned out in my bathroom and he fixed it the same day. When I discovered termites in my kitchen, he had an exterminator there the next morning. When my hall-mate discovered a mouse in her apartment, he called the exterminator the same day. When the exterminator he called didn't do a good job, he called another exterminator. All in all the problem was fixed within a week.

I love my apartment mainly because of the peace and quiet. Every morning there are birds chirping when I wake up. People in my neighborhood don't throw large parties so there is never music playing at 10 or 11 o'clock at night and I can always get to sleep. My neighbors are my friends and I always feel welcome to ask them for something. My friends in university housing are jealous when they come over to my apartment and notice that I have a new dishwasher, gas stove, stainless steel sink and full refrigerator.

Further, Steve will go out of his way to be accommodating. If he is in the building and you want to give him your rent for the month, no problem. If he knows you need a table and another renter has left one behind, he will help you move it to your apartment.
