The unit had granite countertops and nice laminate or possibly even actual hardwood floors. We liked it but it turned out to be infested with roaches. John was the manager at the time and he was pretty nice. He let us out of our lease kindly after 6 months because we couldnt take it anymore. I also got parking tickets CONSTANTLY on Gramercy.
