This is not a bad place to live as long as you; Dont have kids Dont have a car Dont have a night life Dont mind loud children Never break anything in your apartment not bothered by roaches. I lived there for about four years total.. Since the management dont live on the property, they really dont care what happens after 5pm. After 5pm, the crackheads, dopedealers (aka gangbangers) ...Full review of Park Lane Apartments

Lived here over a year now, at first everything seems great. The apartment is of good size for a 2 bedroom, the neighbors are friendly/keep to themselves. That is literally about it. You get a parking space but between the manager and his mother they got about 4 or 5 spaces. I was a tenant at this Apartment complex at 1201 Seward and it was a nightmare. The owner and his wife are incredibly dishonest, scheming, immoral, etc. I would not recommend anyone to live in their building. I got back half of my security deposit, they took out $150 for cleaning over $300 to paint the walls! Don't be surprised if they find any little reason to charge you ...Full review of Natalie Court Apartments

This little apt. building is what Hollywood dreams and unfortunatly, nightmares are made of. The building ifself is beautiful, but the apts. are tiny. The rent for a studio almost rose by 100% over the the last years I was there. From 550 to 1,000 for a tiny studio. The parking is HORRENDOUS. The Traffic, terrible. The air quality is testified on the black soot that settles on everything. ...Full review of Hollywood El Centro Apartments

This building used to be nice, clean & friendly not too long ago... well before the Moss & Company property management take over.
Their first decision was to take away the recycled (Card board & paper only) dumpster and replaced the trash chute dumpster for a smaller one. After few months of overflowing dumpster & trash everywhere nightmare they finally switched back to the proper initial ...Full review of Franklin Place Apartments
