Grumpy Retirees - The management is pretty good about taking care of stuff but there are three apartments with cranky old people who have nothing to do all day but complain. They are always trying to start some revolution they suck, they need to find jobs. ...Full review of Monterey Plaza Apartments

For touse who like lazy property managers with attitude, "You can call us home!" - I lived here for 4 months and that was more than enough. Ever since i moved in March 2009 the management has been nothing but trouble for me and giving me the most attitude when ever i had to deal with them. A stanger on the street who owes me nothing doesn't give as much attitude as these guys who i've been paying my rent to every month on time. First of all when i moved in the apparment ...Full review of The Mark Hollywood

Oasis in Koreatown - Perhaps things changed a lot since the negative reviews posted, but I've been living here since September 2007 and have had a great experience. The concerns about the noisy and sometimes questionable neighborhood are valid, but Hampshire Place has offered a nice escape admist all the chaos. I have an inside facing apartment so it's really peaceful. Once in awhile there will be ...Full review of Hampshire Place Apartments

Wonderful Manager! - Sierra House is a nice enough place(we heard storys about past problems and old managment) but the manager now, JJ is great!! She was very knowledgeable and helpful when we moved in. JJ always greets you with a "HI there, how are you?" and a smile. We had a few maintenance problems when we moved in but when the maintenance person did not show up, JJ did the work herself! ...Full review of Sierra House Apartments

Avoid Met Lofts, downtown LA - If you like to pay a LARGE sum of money each month in order to have dog poop in the hallways, overfull trash rooms, non-functioning gym equipment and gates to the garage, then this is your place. What worried me the most was the lack of security. The management company is close to bankruptcy. One wonders if that's why the maintenance is so poor. Maybe that's why the few guest ...Full review of Met Lofts

Improvements - I moved in after we got our new manager and I don't have any complaints about him. He does a great job. Our washers and dryers were old and failing and he got us new ones and even gave me quarters when the old dryer ate mine. Regarding street parking, the signs clearly state when street parking is and is not allowed. If you get a ticket it's because you didn't move your car. ...Full review of Du Barry Apartments

My Favorite Place to Live in LA so far! - Here's my take on Barrington Plaza. I think I have the best view in all of LA. When my friends visit from the east, they think I am living the california high life. What I like about this place- easy covered parking, huge swimming pool, grocery store next door, great places to eat and shop within walking distance, and my killer view. What I don't like- the woman who ...Full review of Barrington Plaza

- Not worth it for the price. Some of the residents are extremely rude and rowdy. Construction of the units are cheap. Mirrors are not aligned. Things are falling off. You can get a much better place for the rate! Go somewhere else. ...Full review of Centrepointe
