I lived in 1260 Veteran from July 1995 to June 1996. Apparently, the management and owners rent the units out on a month to month basis. This place was like a half-way house, full of transient visitors from all over the globe. Nobody cared about noise or cigarette smoke. It was so loud at all hours of the night that I had to sleep in my parents house 1/2 hour away. Imagine, I am paying $1100 per month (that's a lot of money for 1995) to sleep elsewhere. The owners and management needed immediate replacement. Although the building was only somewhat disgusting, it was still livable. I strongly recommend renting anywhere else. Good luck!!
