I lived in this apartment from April 2006 to present. I am moving to another aprtment in the same building. It is perfect for me because I work two blocks away. the supermarkets, movies theaters, restaurants, fitness center and other amenities are within walking distance. I walk just about everywhere. My car does not get driven a lot. Another thing that makes this place great is the Management. Natella and Burton are always there when you need them. The building maintenance person (Jose) is a jack of all trades. The management team is very responsive and friendly. The bad part of living here is the innate nature of apartment life in general. The walls can be somewhat paper thin and you can hear conversations in the open air hallway and pool area. This was true when I lived in unit 212. I moved to another unit at the end of the building and it was blissful. I only had to contend with the street noise every now and then. Now a college age kid moved next door. when he'd there I put on my headphones and listen to my music and drown out his noise. It's life in the big city. When he is away - which is a lot - it's very quiet. So to sum it all up ...this place is perfect for me. It's not bad at all.
