BEWARE! From: Ted@LoftLivingLA.com Date posted: 6/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I've lived in this building for 10 years. My partner and I are preparing to move from Factory Place due to improper management of the building. They have recently decided to eliminate security from the building and have eliminated on-site management. I could go on and on, but why. AVOID.
