Been here for years. Moved into this building because of unlimited parking. We can have two cars instead of an assigned space. The management/staff are very nice. The downsides are the building is really old. The elevators go out all the time. Front door buzzer (that connects to phone) does not work all the time. To the point where we dumped our phone. The neighborhood is getting better but there are still lots of homeless people picking through our dumpsters daily. Not a good building to move into if you want to make noise. Sound travels through the concrete like it is amplified. I can hear my upstairs neighbor if they drop a pin. Laundry room prices have gone up but the quality of machines have not. This isn't sheik living. It's ugly but it's not over priced like some downtown lofts. They are putting in nicer over priced lofts in the back. So will have a view of the rich folks soon.
