Not a bad building - if you don't mind the smell of dog pee

This building is average but in a nice area.
The common areas smell of dog pee which I suspect is from one of the residents here.
A guy who won't put his small brown dog on a leash and lets him pee and poop all over the neighborhood. I just don't get that' I guess people are lazy.
If you want a good central location and can put up with a careless / lazy dog owner this building is a good bet. I give it an average of 3 stars for all.
