Santa Fe Lofts

121 East 6th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90014

05/22/12 by anonymous: Moving into this building was a nightmare, there is only one elevator working and it was impossible to load or unload it as the door tries to close after like 3 sec and just buzzes and pushes you. with only 1 elevator working it also takes forever as you have to share the elevator with other tenants of the 12 story building. There are 3 elevator banks and only one works, thats just lame. more

The Piccadilly Apartments

682 S. Irolo Street, Los Angeles, CA 90005

10/14/10 by anonymous: There are pros and cons to the Picadilly. The pros: the building and the apartments themselves have a lot of character (even though they are small), it's centrally located, and the apartment manager is good about helping out with anything you need. The cons: parking sucks (if you're not in the Picadilly's cramped garage you have to find a parking structure), the noise more

Tuscani Villas

369 South Columbia Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90017

07/21/13 by LakerJon2408: STAY AWAY! At one point this was a chill and relaxed community, but it has been plagued by many burglary issues over the past few months. Of the residents that I know, three have mentioned that they have had mailed packages (the UPS man inferred that there were many more thefts) stolen and another said a laptop was stolen from his apartment while on vacation. Albeit most of my experience more

Westside Villas

2245 South Beverly Glen, Los Angeles, CA 90064

07/26/12 by anonymous: I've been living at Westside Villa's property at 1661 South Bundy Drive for about 2 years. I originally moved in with the intention of living at the property for only a year, but stayed on because I've been very happy with my apartment. The property is generally well maintained, and I have found the leasing office and maintenance staff to be very responsive to my questions and more

Museum Gardens

5353 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90036

07/10/13 by anonymous: DO NOT MOVE HERE! I recently moved out and the building is ran so poorly. Everything is always broken! the elevator is the slowest ever and take 10-20 minutes to come. Forcing to use stairs hopefully you don't have a child or groceries. They give fee's for everything. The pool and jacuzzi heaters are broken often. When they do fix things it is done half ass. There are bugs and cockroaches. more

Westwood Riviera

10969 Wellworth Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90024

02/08/14 by I live in the apartments next door to the Westwood Riviera and in the past year I dont know who is Managing it but there are loud parties all the time. My guess is they are renting to alot of teens which is more crime, more issues. They need some type of control otherwise I will be calling the police. Out of control! more

Evergreen Villa

1255 N. Orange Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90038

02/09/14 by joanna.alec: My boyfriend and I looked for a one bedroom in Los Angeles. Apartments in Los Angeles can be overpriced and lack parking. We were a young couple looking for a place that had free parking available with a rental, allowed pets, good value and in a safe neighborhood. Kristina the onsite manager was very helpful, responsive and allowed us to look at the apartment a few times before we made more

Gramercy Wilshire

634 S Gramercy Pl # 400, Los Angeles, CA 90005

03/25/10 by Peggy and Ben have been managers at the Gramercy Wilshire for the past twenty years. They are not on the internet so they have been unaware of these reviews which seem to be slanted against the building and management. I have lived here since 1995 and find the landlord to be quite responsive to my maintenance requests. The rent is reasonable with all utilities included. The laundry room is more

Mozaic at Union Station

888 North Alameda Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012

08/02/13 by anonymous: We have lived here for almost 4 years - so it is relatively good compared to other downtown la choices. However, it is still the worst renting experience of my life. Like other downtown properties you will be trapped in 1 year leases forever. After so many years, haven't I done "my time" and should be able to move giving a 30 day notice? The annual renewal process is usually more

Wilshire Summit

10600 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90024

02/11/13 by anonymous: The building itself is nice and pretty well-maintained. The location is perfect, close to UCLA, Santa Monica, Century City, and the 405 highway. HOWEVER, THE STAFF IS RUDE. Both the management staff and security don't have respect for the residents. One staff loves to cut in, and he really is not friendly at all. The security does not smile very often, probably two more
