I moved into my apartment in late February and so far things have been great! The building is quiet and my issues are resolved FAST. The tenants are awesome and friendly. We always run into each other when walking our dogs...

The apt. is located in Hollywood, close to the Scientology building bordering Little Armenia and Thai Town.

The only complaint would be street parking. It's hard for guests to find parking if they're trying to visit you! Lame.
