this apartment is decent. everyone who lives in the complex is nice, for the most part. it gets noisy, sometimes you can hear people in the buildings adjacent. the property management is horrible, they are slow. they also are cheap. they fix things with tape, instead fixing things from the foundation. its an old building. inside the fixtures are all old. it seems safe though. there is usually parking available on the block.
