I lived there for three years and only moved because unfortunately I got a loud neighbor on top. The walls are kind of thin but unless you are at home studying all day and night (like me) you won't be bothered by it. Tenants are very quiet and keep to themselves here. The management is friendly and eager to help and the property is always clean and well maintained.
