This isn't really a community building as such. It has about 20 or so units and almost no community type amenities There are laundry facilities on the first floor but not much else. No pool, no central AC, just a wall unit in the living room. However, each apartment does have a nice brick fireplace and balcony. The building is dog friendly. The managers who were there and lived on site when I lived in the building were great if they liked you, and not so great if they didn't. Fortunately I got along great with them but a few didn't and thus their lives weren't as easy. The other tenants were nice, but towards the end of my stay, they did start to let in a few young, loud party types. The walls aren't particularly insulated so just make sure your neighbors aren't the loud partying sort. The area is generally safe as anything could be in Los Angeles and again, generally quiet.
