Surprisingly nice, considering the neighborhood. - This apartment was fun to have but I was glad to have only had to stay a couple years (I was in a transition). The aparments (like mine) facing Orange Drive are REALLY noisy because of the traffic on Hollywood Blvd., and the tour buses dump out so much exhaust that it comes right in the windows.
