2600 Overland Apartments

Cool, Safe Place to Live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/12/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I lived at Park Overland for about six months and it was a great experience. I had a first floor Jr. 1B/1B apartment and it was great. It faced Overland, and while it may get loud sometimes, I actually would people watch. For a Jr. 1B, the place was very spacious and the management was great at making sure problems were fixed. And, it was a great place considering everything thing else in LA is sky high. The neighbhorhood was safe and it was only a few minutes from Century City, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica. Plus, Susan programmed the buzzer at the front door to ring my phone although my cell phone had an out-of-state number. In fact, when I had to break my lease because my company relocated me, Susan, the building manager was great. Not only did she find a tenant to sublease my place for me, but I was given a hugh chunk of my security deposit back, minues the minor cleaning fees. Overall, I would recommend it. It's a great value for the money, the landscaping within the building is beautiful and the location was great Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
