It's okay. nothing more, nothing less - The management has been doing a lot lately to spruce up the place - building a jaccuzzi, retiling the lobby and office, adding video surveilance, repairing the elevators, and just this week redoing the laundry room. Nice, quiet apartment for UCLA grad students - I lived at this building while attending grad school at UCLA. I enjoyed my stay here and recommend it to other grad students.
