I liked it. - I lived in this building for about 6 years and loved it. It did have it's problems but I met some of the most interesting people and the view from the 15th floor was incredible. These apartments are really a nice size too. I really miss my old apartment and Los Angeles and if I could move back I would. The staff was always very friendly. ...Full review of Ambassador Towers

Don't let the nice exterior fools you. - While other apartments are trying to clean up the place and rent out to average people with jobs or school in good terms, Cleo Apartment stands out itself as a ghetto gateway for the unruled and rowdy crowds. Every day you go home, much like the scene at the Home Depot, ppl will be waiting outside the Cleo and will follow you into the garage when the gate is opened. They then park ...Full review of 345 S Alexandria Apartments

managers lied to me on the phone & don't remove ads for rented apts - I saw two different Craigslist ads for apartments, one for July and for August. I called about both, after seeing their ads. First, they don't pull their ads when the apartments are rented unless you complain about it. Secondly, two people (a woman, and on a different call a man) took my phone number the first time around (the man actually confirmed what he had rather ...Full review of Sun Dial Francis Apartments

don't move here unless you like noise - this used to be a very quiet area/complex but the recent construction across the street has made this area a nightmare. there are constant ambulance, fire trucks, police sirens and large trucks and motorcycle sounds daily. the construction across the street will leave you with a constant headache, which is probably why so much turnaround lately. the apartments themselves and the ...Full review of Club Marina Apartments

PREVIOUS PLEASANT STAY - I presently live in Indianapolis, IN and have contemplated moving back to Hollywood. When I lived in the building everything was in a state of good and healthy repair. When at CBS Television City last year, I walked by the building and noticed that some residents had air conditioners. When I lived there it got very hot in the summer not having a window air conditioner. It was convenient ...Full review of Ojai Apartments

fine, not stellar - I would agree with a previous review´s assessment of the management company, LRA - they seem mediocre at best. One only hears from them when they are imposing some new rule or rent increase, and the pace of improvements to the property is not very fast. I had no problems with the on-site manager though; she seems to work pretty hard and generally takes care of all problems. I ...Full review of Sierra Crest Luxury Apartments

It is OKAY. that is it. - First of all, the location is really nice because it is right accross from Ralphs for any midnight snack runs and it is right in front of the Big Blue Bus stop. But as far as anything else "nice" there. That really goes to there. The rooms are big and spacious. And I had plenty of place to put my furnitures. But the carpet was so grimy and nasty. My roomate would constantly have a ...Full review of Le Conte Westood Apartments

Awful - I have lived here for five months and have had nothing but problems. The renovations completed in my apartment were all done poorly and have taken up a lot of my time and money to be fixed properly. One of my electrical outlets caught fire and there are others that short or just plain do not work. The tile is crooked as are all the sliding closet doors, which do not fit flush with the wall. Nice complex, I like it - This apartment complex is pretty nice. The amenities are nice, gym, pool, hot tub, secured access, etc. Plus it's nice being above retail businesses because it makes it very convenient to go downstairs and get Starbucks. The building is pretty clean, the units are nice (granite counter tops, nice appliances, etc.). Maintenance is pretty prompt, so far ...Full review of Museum Gardens
