The building is a little old and sometimes the pipes are noisy but there is garage parking and central air conditioning and dishwashers in all the apartments... A rare find in an affordable LA apartment. The maintenance staff is fast and competent. I trust that things will be fixed more

The fastest walk to westwood amongst the corridor apartments. The most centralised location and adjacent to the newest buildings on Wilshire. The apartment is beautiful. Grocery stores, pharmacies, post office, banks are all within a few blocks. Central location between downtown and the ocean makes everything in LA less than 45 more
