There are so many nice things I could say about this past 8 months living here. Okay, granted, I am a cigarette smoking bachelor and musician who plays the music a little loud. I've yet to be scolded other than reading a Yelp post, where someone complains about smoke and loud music...you don't want to be my next door neighbor, but, this place rox. ...Full review of Harvey Apartments

I have lived at the Visconti since April 2012. My roommate and I live on the 5th floor in a dual master. The dual master was so appealing to us since we wanted our own space. We have a city view and I love it! We can see the Ritz and beautiful sunsets all the time. Our parking spot is right next to the elevator and getting up or down is always quick and easy. The building is very secure, with ...Full review of Visconti Apartments

The on-site manager is responsive and the entire building staff is helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is not the ...Full review of American Cement Building

Milano Lofts
609 South Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90017
Apr 7, 2014 - -Anonymous- said:
I moved into Milano in March 2014. The interior of the loft is nice, particularly the kitchen. The problem lies outside the loft. The hallways are dirty and the walls are stained, and on weekends the elevators sometimes have animal urine in them. The elevator stopped working on a Saturday and to my surprise no one emailed to alert residents. I have to pay $200 a month for a parking space ...Full review of Milano Lofts
