09/04/14 by anonymous: I just renewed my lease and I couldn't be happier. my loft is huge, has like super high ceilings, an balcony, lots of windows, hardwood floors, granite in my kitchen and the best part a designated parking spot . I used to have a loft downtown and I pay half the price and live 8 minutes away. I don't have any pets but I do think they accept pets here. the people in the office are nice, more

07/29/14 by Verified Resident: Generally, the apartment is wonderful for a new one to move in. Surrounded by some market and a park, the location is ideal for daily shopping and recreation. Besides, manager here is so nice and available in the apartment office on the working days. Just one thing, if the carpet in the bedroom could be floor board, that would be better. more

07/13/13 by anonymous: I am just finishing my lease here at Trojan Plaza and it has been my favorite renting experience so far. The grounds are well-kept, and the apartments are spacious and clean. I love living in a studio, where I have my own space. Chris, who is the apartment manager, is great. He completes repairs quickly (though I haven't had many issues) and is always friendly. He came here more

06/20/13 by anonymous: Since this seems to be the first review for this apartment complex. I'll try to be thorough. Here is a list: Parking: Horrible! One of the worst areas for parking I've ever encountered in L.A. Every year it seems more and more cars appear in the area. Some nights if I was arriving home after work at 6:00 PM, I couldn't find parking at all within a 5-6 block radius. Most nights more

06/25/04 by wn90046: I really enjoyed this building. It is in the perfect location, you almost don't need a car. It is one block from Rockin' Ralphs on Sunset - a few blocks from Mann's Chinese Theaters and Hollywood/Highland -- lots of restaurants and bars -- shopping/video stores. You can go to Hollywood clubs or the Sunset Strip in a $5 cab ride.

The building has been totally redone - has new more

09/05/14 by anonymous: As a student at UCLA, I've lived in various places in Westwood's North Village. Oftentimes, students learn to lower their expectations for off-campus housing. This is not the case with Westwood Executive House. The premises are clean and secure, and the management is committed to providing the best for their tenants. The pricing is fair, especially considering how close the building is more
