07/12/10 by jumentra: I was looking at luxury apartments near Beverly Hills (where I work), and came across the Wilshire Margot. I went for a tour with Ria, the manager, and knew this is where I wanted to live! I only checked out a few other buildings, but this was clearly the best choice(in my opinion). The building has a very clean, modern look to it, with very spacious hallways leading to more

04/07/14 by anonymous: I moved into Milano in March 2014. The interior of the loft is nice, particularly the kitchen. The problem lies outside the loft. The hallways are dirty and the walls are stained, and on weekends the elevators sometimes have animal urine in them. The elevator stopped working on a Saturday and to my surprise no one emailed to alert residents. I have to pay $200 a month for a parking space more

02/13/13 by layla.commercetrust@gmail.com: This building has been under new ownership since mid 2011- they renovated since the poor reviews and are focused on providing a safe and quality living area for residents. Would definitely recommend this building to someone wanting to move to the area. more

07/02/14 by jsm160: When I was looking for reviews on this place prior to moving in, I couldn't find a single current remark. The only thing was some negative reviews from what seemed to be outdated. So here's the update. This place ROCKS! The entire place is kept very clean. The management team... Jim, Adam and Ivan... have been nothing short of awesome. I was a little put off by the price... but more

02/23/14 by anonymous: The best apartment building I have ever lived in. The apartments are large and updated. I have been living in the building for 3 years now and definitely plan to extend my lease again. Building managers are incredibly friendly and very helpful. They are very professional as well as personable. Any maintenance requests I ever had were taken care of right away. The building is very well maintained more

01/31/12 by Bransbiznass25: Plenty of room for four rowdy guys and all of our crap. Kitchen has all appliances including fridge, which I found is a rarity in southern california. The only bugs we saw were the ones that came around when we carelessly left food out for days at a time on more occasions that we should have. We would joke with Fred, the building manager about how dirty we were and he was always pretty more

08/15/13 by bree1102: I moved in about 3 months ago. The space in the apartment is great. It is large and sunny. However there are neighbors that don't know the meaning of take out your trash. Also, it's great to allow people to have pets, but they are eliminating in the only elevator (of 2) that runs. The elevator has been a $$ situation for over a year I'm told. If you need cheap rent in a great more

02/17/10 by anonymous: We've been living here since 2004, and have really enjoyed not only the apartment itself, but friendly neighbors, attentive service and the superb location. Hancock Park is a million dollar neighborhood in the coveted 3rd street school district. So while one is saving for that 1.1M bungalow, the Chelsea Court apartments are a nice place to call home. Positives - rooftop heated more
