Being centrally located in LA, the Cleo on 345 S. Alexandria offers newly rennovated units with covered parking, living room, fireplace, heated pool, mini-gym and sauna, and new carpets and kitchen furnishings in some units.

My friend and I met as extras on set and came to tour this place a week later, and were pleased by Lisa the sales rep, and decided to sign a 1.5 year lease based on what else we looked at. These units were meant to be sold at $200K and up but most didn't. So they are being rented and rent-to-own is avail. They are mostly speedy on maintenance (within a day or two) and I had very few problems upon moving in.

NITTY GRITTY STUFF: Only one roach (because I left out lots of food overnight). Some of the gym equipment was stolen by neer-do-well thieves just before security cams were installed, and you lose the $35 credit check if you pass or not. Deposit was also $900 and our monthly is 1650/mo for 2bed 2bath.

Maintenance crew is polite and sales team is friendly, most residents are friendly with a kid or two.
