While other apartments are trying to clean up the place and rent out to average people with jobs or school in good terms, Cleo Apartment stands out itself as a ghetto gateway for the unruled and rowdy crowds.

Every day you go home, much like the scene at the Home Depot, ppl will be waiting outside the Cleo and will follow you into the garage when the gate is opened. They then park at your assigned parking. The management won't tow their cars, good luck finding the security or the management. Then, on the weekends, the pool is noisy and messy, those new tenants love to invite 4 or 5 families to use up the whole pool. Some of them looks like gangsters. The managent allows a 2 bedrooms apartment for 7 ppl living in it, they have blankets, mats, shoes hanging all over the public area. What an eye soar. Breaking glasses, scraming, yelling, all drugged up and LAPD had to pound on their doors. The management won't care. It takes them 2 weeks to respond your email, voice mail. Oh at night, they like to open the window wide open, and sexing all nite long with the TV at full blast till 4a.m in the morning. They are actually slow on some maintenance requests, and they appear to only have one on-call person for maintenance emergencies, which isn't bad, except he took the weekend off and now I'm stuck with a backed-up toilet for 4-days in a row. Lazy...

Good luck man, I am moving out. My sink never have hot water coming out. I even have to run the shower for 10 mins to get hot water. My front door stucks too. I have to kick with the side of my body to get in. I feel sorry to folks who bought this Cleo.
