Poor security and unreliable plumbing - I recently moved out of 1321 N. Sycamore villas. This building used to be great but about 4 months ago the main door leading out to the street broke. The lock doesn't work any more and anyone can wander into the lobby from the street. Late at night you will often find non residents sitting in the lobby drinking and just hanging out.
