Although the apartment is not in a good neighborhood, the units themselves are actually pretty decent. Each unit is two levels and the upper level has a vaulted ceiling and a loft. Unfortunately management (Frank) is absolutely terrible. We had several leaks in the unit whenever it rained, and management never fixed any of them. Additionally we had a problem with other tenants, where they were using our reserved parking spots (these spots were outlined in our lease). Frank refused to do anything about it, telling us we had to solve it ourselves.
