07/12/14 by anonymous: Do not rent here! The noise was almost as bad as the ridiculous rent. You will hear every firetruck, police siren, bus, horn, etc. The tenants are also loud, unpleasant, and the floors stink. The manager and staff are incompetent or not available if you have a problem. The doorman and valet are rude and unhelpful during the day. Parking was always a hassle. The valet in the evening was always more

06/13/14 by anonymous: I have lived here for almost two years and I love it. I have had to have a couple of minor things fixed, like the garbage disposal. I never had any issues getting things dealt with. My experiences with management have been great. The management here is professional and friendly. I would recommend this apartment building because I love living here. more

08/23/14 by Verified Resident: Tuscany Apartment is great on the outside. Washer/Dryer mostly "out of order". Having said that, some of the staff at front desk are helpful and productive. Location convenience was what prompted me to choose it. 24hr gym & pool are impressive!! more

08/13/14 by Verified Resident: So far, people have been helpful. I wish there would be a stronger sense of security throughout the building. Hallways are stuffy and key fob systems have been undergoing activation for a little while now. Office staff, as well as parking attendees have been friendly. more

08/04/14 by iteachpcs: Coming to the end of my first year here and i'll renew for another year. Great space, great amenities, convenient to public transit (no car needed)' and the office staff is wonderful, especially Jim! Soundproof from the other apartments. neighborhood noise when the windows are open, and i love that too! everything is close by - grocery restaurants and coffee too. Cleaners onsite, more

06/11/14 by anonymous: I never lived here...but i am #1 an apartment manager for another company and #2 i sell & deliver refrigerators as a side business. In the last three months ive delivered 3 fridges. All three times i was shocked at how crappy the "new" tenants apartments were put together. Rusty kitchen flourescent lights, loose kitchen counter tops, peeling bathroom sink glaze, etc...oh and the spot to more

04/06/14 by anonymous: This is a horrible place to live. I am a long tenured resident and have seen this building deteriorate before my eyes. For this price, I have never seen such a poorly maintained new building. Security is a joke (not their fault, management wont pay for extra. Homeless people, loud frat kids, drug addicts can be seen on the building grounds. Walls are paper thin so when that water more

We have been very good friends for a long time and i would come and visit her often. So once i was on a month to month with my old apt. I made sure to put myself on a waiting list for the next apartment avail. Finally one has opened up and am soooo thankful to have finally moved in. The wait was more
