I've lived here for almost 4 years and I'm very happy with this complex. The rent is very reasonable, and my apartment is quite big with high ceilings. I especially love the location - within walking distance of grocery stores, the museum, post office, restaurants. I get along with the manager quite well, and I feel she responds to tenant problems pretty swiftly. I ...Full review of South Burnside Project

This is the worst place i ever lived. Bugs all over. Management is petty and nasty as is the Owner. Noise is horrendous at all hours of the night because it is near the hospital so you get awakened out of a deep sleep by ambulance sirens at all hours of the night and it smells bad in the hallways. Surrounding apartment buildings in neighborhood have bars around windows so that tells you a lot ...Full review of Swall Towers

Contrary to some of the negative reviews, I have really enjoyed my stay at 1010. My husband and I have a business in northern CA but recently needed to come to LA for a project. We leased at 1010 due to the convenience of it being fully furnished and all-inclusive. My daughter and I spent the last 8 months at 1010 and sadly are going to be leaving to go back up to northern CA. We will ...Full review of TENTEN Wilshire

I lived at Waterstone for 18 months with my husband and dog and we were perfectly happy. The apartments are very "typical" as in they are very functional but not very updated or fancy. Faux granite type counter in the kitchen and bathroom (but at least it matches) and old cabinets in the kitchen. Our appliances were pretty new and it came with a fridge and built in microwave which was ...Full review of Waterstone at Cheviot Hills

I have lived here for over three years. I am a single female student and the reason I like the building is for the quiet to study. Also close to UCLA and the area is central and safe. Some of the complaints about the upper units being noisy I cannot stay as I was on the ground level and did not hear much. Beautiful trees and gardens around the pool. There is a new manager who is really good. ...Full review of Diplomat Apartments
