Nice But PRICY! - This little apt. building is what Hollywood dreams and unfortunatly, nightmares are made of. The building ifself is beautiful, but the apts. are tiny. The rent for a studio almost rose by 100% over the the last years I was there. From 550 to 1,000 for a tiny studio. The parking is HORRENDOUS. The Traffic, terrible.
