03/21/13 by Karl90020: I have lived that serrano club apartments for more than a year now, And have had nothing but good experiences here. The building is very well-maintained, cleaned three days a week, and maintenance seems to be done on a regular and timely basis. I have never seen a roach or a bed bug or anything like that in my apartment. The manager is an incredibly nice lady, who cares about more

10/22/11 by dennhunt: Anyone who moves into this building will regret it. The owner leases out the top floor to a crooked party planning company called LoftSeven, and EVERY Friday and Saturday night they throw parties with a DJ on a P.A. system and obnoxiously loud music. There is a crowd of riff-raff outside the door to the building so crowded that the residents can't get in to their own home. All night more

07/15/14 by Verified Resident: The management was not always knowledgeable and many of the appliances the apartment came with were old and did not work properly. Many maintenance things on the outside were not addressed for a long time including old bikes, locks, and wheels still attached to the racks, broken outdoor lighting, and laundry room was not kept clean and machines were very outdated and did not work properly. more

02/14/14 by anonymous: Horrible place!!! Lots of bugs and mold and the managers are unbelievably unresponsive. They never respond to phone calls or answer their phone. They increase the rent a lot each year and the rent price for what you get is absurd. It's a very dirty place that's covered up with some new paint. Also, there is NEVER any parking on the street and no guest parking. more

07/14/14 by handsoffmymail: I was placed here from out of state by my company for 6 months. The address they were given was to the building, but nobody ever told them or me when I called that I had to find parking up to five blocks away and walk to the main office building nearly half a mile from my actual building. The repeated sent notices that we had to be out of the garage for all day which left me with NO place to more

06/24/14 by anonymous: I lived in PCT for about a year and a half. This was my worst experience renting an apartment both in terms of the facility and management. Elisa, the manager, is the most arrogant person I have rented an apartment from. She blames you for everything and charges you for every maintenance you ask to be done being it a light bulb for $30 or drainage for $150. Expect a hefty portion of your security more

04/02/13 by anonymous: We lived at Victor on Venice for two years during 2010-2013. During that time we had three different property managers. My boyfriend and I have both lived in a wide variety of apartments in the Los Angeles area over the past 20 years....we are no strangers to apartment living & what is to be expected when sharing community walls. The first year of our stay was wonderful. We lived in unit 222 more
