Were to begin... It looks nice from the outside. The staff, when first meeting you are nicely dressed and impressive. And they'll show you the prettiest place, nice view, pool, jacuzzi, gym.. the ammenities are glorious. The REAL: DO NOT RENT HERE. Not the Tower and not the Labelle. I've only lived here a short time and already have had noise issues ...Full review of Hollywood Tower Apartments

Don't expect to get your deposit back when you move out, even if you leave your loft spotless. I had to sue them and I'm in the process of collecting from them right now. It gets real nasty when you want to move out. They're totally uncooperative and will stretch to keep every cent of your deposit. It's amazing... They wanted to send me a $5 check out of a $535 deposit ...Full review of SB Lofts

They all live in the building, so pretty sure they get what they want and don't care about the residents. ...Full review of Ambassador Towers

We met with Bruce, the leasing agent who was seeming super helpful when wanting to get us to take the apartment and send deposit money. We went through all of the process, sent money, got renters insurance, changed ...Full review of Museum Terrace Apartments

I've been living here for a short period of time and already have had so many problems. Here are the facts. The building is old, so that the pipes are constantly leaking and in need for repair. Since pipes are leaking, there is mold specially in the bathroom/bathrooms. And since the pipes leak, there is a constant need for people to come in into your apt to have them fixed. My ...Full review of Parkview Apartments
