375 East Second Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012

09/26/13 by gailanderaia: I am finally out of there. For 12 months I was a resident at Hikari. The service sucks. Stinks. I can t believe people pay this much money to live here. With rent well over $2000 a month you would expect some service right? The office never answers their phone or returns messages. You better hope that if you can catch one of the agents, you catch them on their good day. I found out more

Villa Bonita

1817 Hillcrest Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90068

05/17/14 by anonymous: well this was going to be a nice place to live until the owner fired the new manager for no reason. oh wait because she said he was unprofessional. He was the reason i started to like this building again. If it wasn't for Dante this building would be shit and now it is. So for anyone who wants to live here i suggest you don't waste your time. Its overpriced and they are continuing to raise more

Emerald Terrace Apartment Homes (formerly La Paz)

160 South Virgil Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90004

07/04/14 by Anonymous9721: I am so glad I finally got to move out of this dump. I had a good first impression of the complex - the model unit was beautiful, the office smelled nice, and overall it seemed like a good deal....enough to make me go along with not being able to see my actual unit until move-in day. I should have known that was a trick! My actual unit looked NOTHING like the model unit! First of all, it was in more

Sierra House Apartments

1420 N Sierra Bonita Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90046

03/01/14 by anonymous: Requests for fixes go with promises and no action. You'll wait months and it's always "next week we will fix that" and it doesn't happen. Management does not care. The hallways and lobby are in old and in a state of disrepair. more

The Chadwick (formerly City Heights Apartments)

209 S Westmoreland Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90004

12/26/13 by I visited the Chadwick apartments and was mesmerized by its amenities and its new features- but what took me by surprise was the excellent customer service that i noticed being offered to the residents while i was there. yes, they are a busy office but they keep a great attitude and are very friendly. i wouldnt mind handing my rent check over to any of the lovely people working here. more

Towers Apartment

10941 Strathmore Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90024

05/14/14 by anonymous: Alright. It's not the greatest apartment building. We'll be nice and says it has character. But it's a safe, quiet, no frills place where I lived out my final year at UCLA with no problems. Things broke, they were fixed. The pool stayed a little dirty over the cooler months, but never so much so that it negatively impacted our quality of living. It was kept clean and more

The Chateau Apartments

1420 North Alta Vista Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90046

02/04/14 by anonymous: I have to agree with the majority of folks in this thread. HORRIBLE, RUDE, BITTER, ENTITLED, CRAZY, CREEPY people. The main manager, Nadia is probably so resentful because she wishes she owned a home in Beverly Hills and is instead, a manager of a free apt steps from strip club, seventh veil. I had the pleasure of LIVING ACROSS THE HALL from her. There shoukd have more
