I lived here for one year then ESCAPED. The building is in a sketchy neighborhood to begin with, the manager was overly friendly (almost stalke scary) and when you move out, they try to chest you out of your deposit. I had to threated to sue because they took repossesion of my unit 3 weeks early when I moved out (even though I paid for the full month) They never posted anything, and said they ...Full review of Marina East Apartments

I love the place! Of course you will have noise, it is an apartment complex!!! People live in these units, so you will hear people walking or closing their doors, but if you know you are sensitive to noise rent a house, or a top floor unit. I love my unit, I rent a townhome and I do not have problems with my upstairs neighbors. I did recommend this place before, and i will ...Full review of Oxy Loft

I am writing this to spare others from the HELL I experienced as a tenant in tnis building. The noise from music, tvs and all night partiers never stopped. Nothing I needed to have fixed was ever done-the response was always "next week"..The place is filthy and some tenants leave their trash on shared doorsteps and stairways. The parking garage is often flooded with sewer water. The ...Full review of Hollywood Continental Apt

(1) My rent for a STUDIO is $1680. On top of that, I pay for internet and electricity...and yes, also trash and water. IF YOU PLAN ON MOVING HERE, MAKE SURE TO ASK THE LEASING AGENT EXACTLY WHAT YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT TELL Y OU IF YOU DON'T ASK. I chose to move here because I thought $1680 was an okay price since parking is included but no one told me I ...Full review of Renaissance Tower
