02/24/11 by anonymous: Since becoming the Meridian Apartments in early 2010, this building has quickly gone downhill. The management seems exempt from criticism or rationality. There has been construction, starting at 8am and ending at 5pm, everyday for approximately the last 8 months and another notice came stating there would be an additional 6 weeks of construction beginning February 28,2011! The more

That is literally about it. You get a parking space but between the manager and his mother they got about 4 or 5 spaces. The neighborhood is sorta quiet except there is a fire department near by so they pass through the street with more

The owner and his wife are incredibly dishonest, scheming, immoral, etc. I would not recommend anyone to live in their building. I got back half of my security deposit, they took out $150 for cleaning over $300 to paint the walls! Don't be surprised if they find any little reason to charge you more

They talk about luxury but its far from it. My apt does not come with A/C, microwave, and a dishwasher for the amount of rent that I'm paying these amenities should be included. There's only one laundry more

You need to go pay the city 50$ annually to get a sticker to display on your vehicle (district coded) to park on the street around the corner and if you're lucky, maybe one of the people from the 3/4 ACTUAL family tenants not holding up a more
08/01/12 by anonymous: I lived here for 1 year and moved out as soon as my lease was up. Beware if you ever want to use your water here. They do maintenance on it every week and you can not use the water the ENTIRE day. This is really annoying if you are trying to do your laundry or any cleaning on your days off or if you just simply want to use the restroom. The area is very unsafe and there are prostitutes out front more
