Hughes Towers Apartments

3520 Hughes Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90034

09/15/13 by uscfan79: LOCATION: 3520 Hughes Ave Los Angeles 90034 Manager: Fari Moshfegh assistant manager: Lulu no second name various names: Hughes Towers or Westchester apartments is the new name because that was the company we paid when we lived there. Also the sign says hughes Towers. This place is really something for dog lovers and undocumentad workers. Sad more

Strathmore Regency

11050 Strathmore Dr # 200, Los Angeles, CA 90024

08/21/14 by djpralex: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I wasn't going to write a review for my own apartment complex but they've really showed how much they appreciate their residents this time. The first thing was when I moved in. Place was crawling in ants in just about every corner of the house. We dealt with it for a month but couldn't take it anymore. You would think they would realize that the building more

Museum Tower Condominiums

225 South Olive Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012

10/31/13 by CANative1990: Lived here for about 14 months, moved out recently and was sad to go. I'm not sure where all the other reviewers are coming from. Yes the rent is expensive, there could be some things updated in the kitchen units, and sometimes management is slow to reply to messages. However the pros outweigh the cons enormously. The building was built very well, you can't hear ANYTHING more

Grand Promenade Tower

255 South Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90012

10/17/12 by anonymous: Overall, a very good apartment complex. However, I have recently noted an increase in the roach population in the elevator banks. They are now coming up the elevators and onto the floors. Gross! Hopefully they can do something about that soon. Also, someone noisy at times with construction next door, but nothing unbearable. Parking staff and security are very friendly and when more

Avana Sunset (formerly Fuller Martel Plaza)

1443 North Fuller Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90046

01/31/14 by anonymous: There are pros and cons to any apartment. That said, this is a pretty great place. The apartments are spacious and since the management changed hands, things have gone steadily uphill. There is a lot of noise, pretty music at random intervals, but if you're not somebody who is bothered by that, this is a great place to live. more

Los Feliz Village

3939 Veselich Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90039

04/14/13 by sanderellaz: Unfortunately, I'm leaving this place I call home soon. This was my first apartment experience and after some apartment hunting this 2nd round, I have to say that I really lucked out with Los Feliz Village Apartments. I'm not sure if some of the reviewers are confused with our next door neighbor, Rancho Los Feliz. The pictures posted and the comments about studio apartments more

555 Barrington

555 S Barrington Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90049

10/22/13 by anonymous: LOUD! No insulation between hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. Residents are consideration to others. Kitchens and bathrooms are outdated and ugly. Management and staff change frequently. Staff often caught in telling guy in the office in particular. Douglas Emmett is about profit, not resident satisfaction. Pool and spa are often more

The Palazzo at Park La Brea

6220 West 3rd Street, Los Angeles, CA 90036

12/21/10 by anonymous: This place is over-priced and a loud, inconvenient place to live. Noise from other tenants makes this like living in a frat house. The management is rude, unprofessional and has no concern for tenant satisfaction or customer service. Your money is best spent elsewhere. more

Waterstone at Cheviot Hills (formerly Sedona Village Apartments)

3324 Castle Heights Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90034

07/19/12 by hrfwtgqoe: I lived at Waterstone for 18 months with my husband and dog and we were perfectly happy. The apartments are very "typical" as in they are very functional but not very updated or fancy. Faux granite type counter in the kitchen and bathroom (but at least it matches) and old cabinets in the kitchen. Our appliances were pretty new and it came with a fridge and built in microwave which was more

Ariel Court Apts

535 Gayley Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90024

08/06/12 by anonymous: Ok all personal attacks on the manager aside because it should not be personal and this girl just makes herself look stupid, has nothing to do with the individual, he works for a CORPORATION idiot. I LOVE living at this building. Don't fall for stupid comments made by people who probably live at home with their parents after graduating from UCLA. This building is a GREAT place to more
