These people are scam artists and are trained to "f" you over. It would be wise for everyone to avoid these a-holes and run them out of business. Tell your friends and don't let anyone fall into the scam that is Southwood Properties. They are money hungry dbags that will screw you over. Read more: ...Full review of 345 S Alexandria Apartments

Horrbile management!! They are crazy, disrepectful, and completely manipulative and unprofessional. They treat people as though they have no rights and I would NEVER reccomend this building. Bad energy - management creeps around your doors. And enters at unappropriate times. They are money hungry and do not know how to run a business or deal with people as human beings. ...Full review of Graystone Manor

After living here a month I got a surprise bill from a 3rd party billing company called AUM. The bill was for water/sewer/trash. They were nice enough to charge me a $10 activation fee as well as a $3 admin charge. I figured I would just pay it so I go online and sure enough there is a $5 fee for paying with a credit card. I'm really having a hard time swallowing $13 in fees for a bill ...Full review of Westside Tower at Culver City

I moved out of the DuBarry a few months ago, and have decided to finally write a review after some reflection. I'd hate to call this place a "dump," because I made this my home for over 6 years, but unfortunately, the place is getting run into the ground. Swel Group owns a handful of apartments in and around LA/Hollywood, but unless you're at the Langham ...Full review of Du Barry Apartments
