This was the worst place I have ever lived. Owner is awful.

I spent a full year at 747 Gayley and it just sucked. Not only did I have a rat living in my apartment, but stuff was broken when I moved in. They said they would fix it and never did for the full year that I was there. Maintenance requests don't matter to them. And the owner is really strange and bitchy. Don't expect to get your deposit back-she'll keep it. She never comes around and you're left to deal with the manager who won't do a damn thing. 747 Gayley is the f*ckin pits. Don't live there.

In response to the above, there is a new manager, but I recently moved out and haven't seen my deposit back either. And the maintenance issue is still a problem. Along with the new manager, they should get some new maintenance people...SOOOO glad that I moved out and am free.
