I moved away from this complex in 10/2008 when it was called Villa Azure. In total I lived here from 2000 - 2008, I moved in about 1 year after the facility was built. Trust me, all the reviews written elsewhere on this site are true for this complex and existed during most of the period it was called Villa Azure. The place was a nightmare the last years I lived here and judging from the ...Full review of Alessio

Most of the negative comments are pretty accurate. I've lived here two months and I'm already looking forward to moving out. The buildings are definitely old and run down. They talk about luxury but its far from it. My apt does not come with A/C, microwave, and a dishwasher for the amount of rent that I'm paying these amenities should be included. There's only one laundry ...Full review of Alexandria Park Apartments

The fact that Emerald Terrace criminally kept my $350 deposit and is in the process of lying & charging me $600 (in addition to taking my deposit)for "failing to give them 30 days notice" tells me that new staff hasn't improved the place as much as some reviewers would have us believe. The fact is Emerald Terrace is a slum that has a business practice that aims at screwing its renters ...Full review of Emerald Terrace Apartments

Echoing the last review. Reno Street Apartment is indeed hell on earth. Nothing gets fixed on time and the security does nothing but walk around talking on his cell phones. When problems arise, the security is nowhere to be found. This is a pet friendly apartment so it smells like a swamp. The management hires only one front desk person and she is nowhere to be found most of the time. ...Full review of Reno Street Apartments
