Avalon Wilshire

5115 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90036

05/05/14 by anonymous: I've live here for 11 months, and there has been major construction EVERY SINGLE DAY. I am typing this from my bed because I can not fall asleep with the trilling is entirely too loud. Also, in about my 5th month in, I had black stuff coming out the shower water. Sorry, for the amount of money this cost there is no way I can recommend this place to anyone. When they asked me more

Bunker Hill Towers Apartments

234 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90012

10/30/13 by Macruz2013: Can't wait to move out! expensive units for shitty old appliances! Old plumbing! my sink keeps backing up called maintenance 6 times and still having issues. Old stove and microwave and cabinets from 1968 when the building was built. Much better places out there for way cheaper. Also add $90,$110, $150 on top of your rent monthly for utilities and add $75-$125 for parking which in even more

08/11/13 by anonymous: This is the worst place ever, the manager is great Alex, the management company are thieves and scammers, they breach contracts and don't fix anything DO NOT live here theres so many better apartment buildings in the area i lived here for years. The Palazzo at Park La Brea

6220 West 3rd Street, Los Angeles, CA 90036

12/21/10 by anonymous: This place is over-priced and a loud, inconvenient place to live. Noise from other tenants makes this like living in a frat house. The management is rude, unprofessional and has no concern for tenant satisfaction or customer service. Your money is best spent elsewhere. more

Berendo Court Apartments

1806 N Berendo St, Los Angeles, CA 90027

08/17/14 by anonymous: Safe place to live, friendly and very accommodating managers. Walking distance to a lot of services, also to Barnsdall Park and the Beautiful Griffith Park!!!! more

Casa De Vida

3230 Overland Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90034

11/06/12 by anonymous: I lived there for three years and only moved because unfortunately I got a loud neighbor on top. The walls are kind of thin but unless you are at home studying all day and night (like me) you won't be bothered by it. Tenants are very quiet and keep to themselves here. Management is on top of things and maintenance is always there to help. Hate my new management here and miss the lovely ladies more

Casablanca Apartments

530 Veteran Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90024

07/07/14 by anonymous: I usually don't write reviews, but i decided to check the rating at the complex i live to see how well is it rated. The building is quite nice. I moved here recently and i like it so far. The manager seems to be nice as well. I read in other reviews that there is noise. I can't say that it's completely quiet, but there are a lot of students at the building. I am a graduate student more

Club California Condominiums

10982 Roebling Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90024

06/12/13 by anonymous: Don't believe all the negative reviews. From talking with owners and people living and renting condos in this building, the bad reviews are mostly from people that didn't stay or were asked not to stay. They take the time to specifically not recommend the building. Like over 98% of the people we talked with who live and know the building since the condo conversion really like more

Club California Private Condos (formerly Club California Apartments)

10982 Roebling Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90024

06/12/13 by VeraCity456: Hello. I am in the market for a new apartment, and like many people in my situation I am a bit confused. But I'm extra-confused because as I read the reviews of this building, which is listed at the top in its ZIP code with a 100% recommendation by reviewers, I notice that most of the reviews do NOT recommend the building. I wonder how this is possible. How can it be more

Edgemont Apartments

1725 N Edgemont St, Los Angeles, CA 90027

10/26/13 by codonnelly: It's been a few years since someone has written a review here, so I thought I would add my two cents. Also, I'd like to reiterate that the address is listed wrong. This is a review for Edgemont Apartment, 1716 N Edgemont St. I'm a young, single female and this is the first apartment I've ever moved to. As of two weeks ago, I've lived here for a year. The more
