Mold - In no way could I reccommend these apartments. We have sent complaints over complaints to the manager with little or noresponse. We have extreme mold in the shower walls and the musty stench is throughout the apartment. We have become ill and hopefully do not serious illness. Lucille has only sent day laborers to rip out part of the shower tile. The procedure was done without a license and ...Full review of Alexio Apartments

Great building.....alright management - I lived in the building for 3 1/2 years and I never personally had a problem with the management because they always got things done, and very helpful, she even knows the tenants names. However, Mitch the maintenance guy was a CREEP and told me I could pay him in "other ways" and he did not mean for me to bake him cookies...to let me back into my apartment instead of paying ...Full review of Langham

Great Historic Building - This is one of the only buildings in downtown that is actually a New York Style Loft. 18' ceilings, some units with overhead loft spaces. I have lived here for over one year, and love it. It doesn't stink. It has electronic entry, 24hr security guards, and external security cameras. The neighbors are virtually all friendly and welcoming. Walking distance to Ralphs ...Full review of Reserve Lofts

Nice Place - Pasadena Park Place is a nice place. Management is great and maintenance is wonderful! Pasadena Park Place does need new carpets in the halls. Other than that it's kept very clean. They paint all the time. Pasadena Park Place is great for college students, single adults and couples. I do not recommend it for parents with small children or young adults. The complex isn't child ...Full review of Pasadena Park Place

512 Veteran Ave 90024 - All units are 2bed/2bath. When I lived there (I just moved out), rent ranged from 2650-2850 per month, trash and water are covered. $1000 security deposit. When you sign the lease, you sign a supplemental form that says you agree to pay a cleaning fee of $400 regardless of how you leave the apartment upon move out. The landlady gave us a copy of the lease, but when my ...Full review of Veteran Plaza Apartments

New Management is much better - We have undergone multiple management changes in the last few years but I believe this management company is here to stay. They are great with working with tenants from what I have seen/heard, are responsive to maintenance requests and are putting money back into the building when they can. ...Full review of Orange Tower Apartments

Too Many Inspections Of Your Apartment - I've lived at Promenade Towers for five months and management has inspected my apartment at least three times (one management inspection; one fire sprinkler inspection; and a smoke detector inspection). There has been one fire drill where the tenants must vacate their unit. It has been such a pain living in the apartment because of the inspections. Management has entered my apartment ...Full review of Promenade Towers

A great experience! - My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year now and it has been beyond great. We will both admit to being picky and when we were looking at apartments, these were by far the best, for the best price. I don't know any other apartment buildings that have washers and dryers in the apartments, underground parking, a great gym, and beautiful amenities for a great price. Lived here for a little over two years - If you don't need to have any contact with the leasing / office staff (who has changed many times in the two years I have been here), then it is a wonderful place to live. However, I won't be re-signing my lease as much as I like living here because the thought of dealing with management one more time is unbearable. They lost my lease (twice), hard to get a hold of, ...Full review of Orsini

Good - I definitely enjoyed living at the Visconti. Though I didn't deal with the management too much, I had a few minor maintenance problems which were solved fairly quickly. I think the grounds are beautiful and a total oasis in downtown. The pool is absolutely amazing and the view is to die for (the downtown la skyline) I frequented the study room since I had been studying for the CPA ...Full review of Visconti Apartments
