DON'T DO IT - I have lived her since September 2008. The apartments are nice, I will give them that. But $2756 for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom? The apartment is only 1,000 square feet. When I could walk down the street and get a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment for $900 cheaper. The pool is ok, the sun only shines on the pool for about 2 hours a day. The gym is small. There has been a band ...Full review of City Lights on Fig

A pricey, noisy college dorm in a decent building - This apartment complex is fairly pricey, but I guess it's mainly because of the location near the UCLA campus. Parking is generally not a problem. You get two spots for a one-bedroom apartment in a gated underground lot, which I think is a pretty good deal. However, the gate is often broken, but I haven't had any problems with thefts or anything. The worst thing ...Full review of Strathmore Regency

I love it here! I don't understand the bad reviews... - I have been living here for about a month now and I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Leasing staff is extremely nice and very professional. Maintenance issues are quickly resolved, I had a light go out, let them know Sunday and it was fixed Monday morning. Valet and conceirge staff are really friendly and always offer very prompt service. In particular, ...Full review of Legacy At Westwood

Not Bad... - A beautiful building. In fact, it's an historical landmark now. Managers shifted quite a bit over the last two years, but the current guy, Max, is pretty great. Nice, reachable and attentive. I loved living there, but make sure you want to live in Hollywood (parking, traffic, noise etc...). ...Full review of Chateau Des Fleurs Apartments

Great! - I have been staying at these apartments for a few years as I travel to California quite often for business. I have always been very happy with the apartments, as well as the staff. Diana was there for a long time and she seemed to be an excellent manager. When she left, Sue took over and she was delightful. She seemed to do a good job as well. She always went above and beyond for me, ...Full review of Westwood Village Apartments

Awful management, shady owner. - This is an absolutely awful place to live. When we were first shown the apartment, we loved it. However, once we'd signed the lease, they showed us our actual apartment and it wasn't the same one at all -- much smaller, not a very appealing floorplan, etc. Our initial move-in date was pushed back a good week or so because there were still many unsatisfactory conditions ...Full review of 1229 N. Do you like Cockroaches? - You will find them in the hallways. The elevators are old and one seems like it might fall any time, it shakes violently. Allergies? Stay away, the elevators stink of dog musk. The carpets are filthy. Of late, the new tenants are an uninspired lot. The neighborhood is the one of worst rated in the city. There was a murder on the corner not that long ago. Car windows are smashed. You ...Full review of Nob Hill Towers

Don't live here if you have friends! - I lived at the MET for a year while I attended USC. the building was always very clean and felt safe and in what's becoming a really cool location but this place was NOT worth the headaches. First off, when I went on a tour, the resident services advisor told me they had "NEVER seen the guest parking lot full so that completely won't be an issue" about a week after I ...Full review of Metropolitan Apartments
