12/17/13 by Britterend@gmail.com: I lived in this apartment for a little less than a year and a half and I loved it. The building manager was always very nice and whenever I had a problem, I could always count on her to have the maintenance guys come to fix it. I would also like to note that I have lived in a lot of other apartments and the building manager here has been the only one to do a pre-walk through before I moved out more

04/24/11 by anonymous: We moved in half a year ago and are very happy. Little Tokyo is right around the corner, we don't need a car for buying groceries. Restaurants, cafes etc are plenty. There is no parking issue because each unit comes with at least one deeded spot PLUS one can invite guests any time as there are plenty of guest parking spots available. This is a very very rare ting in down town and worth more

08/25/12 by anonymous: I have lived at the Pinnacle for over a year now and the idea of moving breaks my heart. The Pinnacle is well kept and one of the best places to live in the Runyon area! Our rent is totally reasonable for our area, our amenities are outstanding, the manager Shah is the nicest most understanding guy! The repair man Rafeal is great, always on site and fixes everything ASAP. There are a more

03/02/11 by anonymous: I have been living here for about a couple of years now.The apartment itself is amazing. It's all about location, but that's not all. It's like a loft in a lot of ways, but it's really an apartment.I think it's the only building of it's kind downtown. One of the main reasons it's so great to live here is Bernard, the apartment manager/owner.He is the most easy more

01/25/11 by musicman90012: I just renewed my lease for another 12 months. I read some reviews about the fire alarms. The fire alarms did go off a number of times for a period. I received a letter from the management staff explaining a situation they were correcting...can't remember what it was. Hasn't been a problem since. Maintenance staff has always addressed my service requests within the same day or next day. more

10/14/10 by anonymous: There are pros and cons to the Picadilly. The pros: the building and the apartments themselves have a lot of character (even though they are small), it's centrally located, and the apartment manager is good about helping out with anything you need. The cons: parking sucks (if you're not in the Picadilly's cramped garage you have to find a parking structure), the noise more

06/08/13 by anonymous: The place has an excellent location near the lively and beautiful strip of Wilshire lying between Vermont and Western. Via the Vermont and Wilshire buses, and the subway, one has quick and easy access to Union Station and Downtown, Hollywood, Griffith Park, USC, UCLA, and (takes a while but the bus gets there) Santa Monica. So one can get around even without a car; and more
