These are uber small studios that rent for about a thousand per month with no parking, no amenities, an antiquated elevator, etc!! I recently moved out of 1321 N. Sycamore villas. This building used to be great but about 4 months ago the main door leading out to the street broke. The lock doesn't work any more and anyone can wander into the lobby from the street. Late at night you will often find non residents sitting in the lobby drinking and just hanging out. The inside door leading up the stairs to your apartment ...Full review of Sycamore Villas (Formerly Sycamore Apartments)

I would definetely ONLY ask for high ceilings and somewhere on the third floor. If you ...Full review of Enclave Apartments

The property is managed by the owner's own company so there is little incetive to invest in the property. It is turning into a slum, new Section 8 tenants arriving up to 6 persons per apartment in those cases. The place is full of litter all the time, ...Full review of Mariposa Garden Apartments

Lived here my first year of Grad School and moved the first day I was able too. The only good thing was the close proximity to campus. WAY too loud, windows faced the back alley towards downtown and there were constantly people and cars all night long being loud and stupid. The apartment (2Bd/2Bt), while spacious, was dirty and nothing worked properly; the dishwasher was ...Full review of City Park Apartments
