Whenever I need something fixed, she will get it fixed in two days if not the same day. The apartment is located 5 minutes walking distance from UCLA. Also it is South of UCLA, away from the noisy parties where the undergrads stay. :) The apartment itself is furnished, includes water and power, all you need to pay is phone services. My rent is slow and stayed low ($700) in compare to other apartments in Westwood area. The drawback is no parking. But if you have a permit from school, or no cars, you are good.
