Charming place! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   It's unfortunate people have had problems in the past. Looks like they're cleared up now. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is a rent control property, so the only increase you can get is what the city allows yearly. I came from a place where I got increases of $250 and $300, which can never happen here. My puppy likes all the grass and my daughter likes the big toy!
