DO NOT make the mistake that I did!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
This building is beyond filthy. Dogs are permitted to urinate in the elevator and on the hallway walls. The smell is nauseating. The apartment manager, Lucille Hotnog, ignores all such complaints. DO NOT make the mistake that I did.
