Manager is a very nice lady and pretends to care, but doesn't actually get anything done. The building was recently repainted, but the carpeting DESPERATELY needs to be replaced. Lots of dogs living here with a lot of VERY inconsiderate neighbors. Neighbors don't curb their pets, leave security doors open all day and night, and slam emergency doors all night and day (even though they are not supposed to be in use). Things that needed to be fixed inside my apartment were fixed quickly and it is fairly low-rent, all things considered.
