Best apartment I've found in over 10 years in LA. If you're loud, obnoxious, or generally disregard the well-being of others, Lucille will make you regret the day you signed the lease. For those of us who don't play drums at 2AM and who don't have two 1500 watt subwoofers blasting Matchbox 20 slop, Lucille is a dream come true. She made repairs to our apt very quickly, many on the same day we told her of the problem. Bottom line: Hollywood is a never ending circus of chaos, and Lucille brings in a touch of much-needed order. If you are lame, she won't go out of her way to make sure your problems get fixed. As to the elevators smelling like dog pee- whiners. They still smell better than your average Hollywood street and far better than the sewage-stench that hovers around Cheebo. By the way, the elevators get cleaned EVERY DAY and have for years and the carpet in the halls has been replaced. One of the best places you'll find in Hollywood for the $$.
