The apartments that don't face the street are probably better off, but the ones on the street are extremely noisy. The whole feeling of the apartment is that it is a mix of college party young people and old LOUD families. If you want peace and quiet this is not the place for you. The walls are paper thin, and if you have upstairs neighbors you can hear every step they take in their apartment.
The manager is somewhat efficient but she is not friendly nor nice.
