Oh my god! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!
Nasch properties will keep your security deposit until you fight tooth-and-nail to get it back! California law states they must return a portion of your deposit along with an itemized receipt within 21 days. Nasch will not follow this! and the disgusting manager at Nasch Properties "doesn't talk to tenants". IS THIS THE KIND OF COMPANY YOU WANT TAKING CARE OF YOU'!
Do not rent from Nasch Properties. Alta Vista Garden is a NASCH PROPERTY!!!!!
NACH PROPERTIES is rude to tenants and flagrantly breaks the law.

I live in another NASCH Property. They are horrible. I have a list of all of the illegal activities that they have done. He/She is right. RUN!!!!
