You're right... Nasch is horrible... First they sent my security deposit to me with a bogus address on it. So of course I never received it. I kept waiting and hounding them... they claimed they had already sent something.. and finally cancelled the first one and resent the second. They overnighted me the second check which had the date completely scribbled out- no bank will accept this. Just after this I finally received the first check from the post office which was deemed lost... the address was SO off that clearly someone basically tried to rhyme with my address... but not even close to the real thing. Shadiness all around. Seems like they're just doing whatever it takes to LOOK like they're sending me money but making it impossible to actually draw the funds. So now I'm at attempt number 3. We're now over a month passed the date that I was supposed to receive it. They also took MUCH more money out than the lease states... they argued this, but the lease is definitely unclear. Courts tend to rule in favor of the tenant if leases are stated unclearly... so looks like that might be where we're headed. Point being... if you're looking to rent from them, RUN... if you're already dealing with Nasch... stand up for yourselves.. if enough people threaten them, they'll stop this bullsh***.
