This billionaire and his beast of a wife don't put a dime into this building and they simply covered the crumbling walls and ceilings with cheap cosmetics to hide the decay. The laundry never works and damages our clothes. We are never able to get the manager to respond when major problems occur. The security is an absolute joke. The parking structure is leaking from every overhead pipe. If you can imagine a swimming pool that is filthy and never heated or maintained then they have one. I would move if I dint have rent control. I have to illegally use the micro patio for a greenhouse and cooking BBQ. They are slumlords. He was the bastard in my divorce, can you imagine my luck.
