The main problems are
Street traffic noise including emergency sirens
Neighbor noise - even though the neighbors are not loud but it's like living with them even though you pay top dollar for your own space
Carnival Noise is the Worst Ever!
The building has the original windows that are totally outdated and you can here all the traffic going by all day long and any other noise like some homeless deranged park dwellers screaming out their frustration with their messed up life. Arguments on the street... you name it, you will hear it!
If you are near any walls you can hear all your neighbors activities, including conversations, closets closing, listening to them eat their meals when the spoon or fork touches the plate! It's so ridiculous.
Summer Carnival' OMG! It's like the party is in your unit and that goes or for about 5 to 6 months of the year.
Then they have these outdated coin washmachines and your clothing will come out smelling worse then when you put them in.
The only positive thing is the parking because it's conveniently located in the building.
