This building is a horrible place to live. There are NO ammenities yes we have parking that has a parking attendant in the day. after 5:30 he leaves and the only thing protecting your safety and car is a roll up gate that often breaks. It is left stuck open allowing the riff raff to wander in. The doors to get into the lobby are never shut and locked and you don't need a key or anything to use the elevators that take you to the units. No pool, no gym,no 24hr security,no common area, there is a laundry room but is is always busy because tenants who have housekeepers take up the room all day who also doing their own laundry there. Management is terrible. And oh the noise!! We sometimes have to leave because it gets so loud it becomes UNLIVABLE. They shut down our streets for mexicarnivals which are filthy and have loud music. They also bring a lot of crime to the neighborhood. There are no places to walk to, there are a few food delivery places but anything cooked up in this neighborhood we just don't trust. They also opened the pavillion last year which has live music 5 DAYS A WEEK Its like having a live concert in your living room. On top of all that they are asking $3700 for some of the units and $3200 - $3500 for the others. WHAT'! they are crazy the commomn scenario is that people move in here on a year lease and move out when that lease is up. Don't live here you WILL regret it!
