Dont expect much.

Not the worst place to live in L.A., but could stand improvements in management and maintainance. Manager known to be unhelpful at times, and maintainance has taken up to two weeks to answer a simple repair issue. Overall cleanliness is basic....basement floors always dirty and bits of trash accumulate at the entrance on occasion.
