I moved into the apt. and the building was in ok shape.. it was older and I realized that.. the inside of the apt. was nice and rent was decent... Well the first 6 mos nothing happened in terms of renovating and then all of a sudden they decide to do everything at once... rip out the front garden, lobby, carpet etc.. my mom came to visit and was absolutely discusted!! Well the garden was replaced and ended up looking exactly the same! go figure :-) The Lobby was eventually very nice.. probally the nicest part of the building... The carpet was tore up and we were left with dirty, dingy hardwood floors for month.. promised week after week that new carpet was going in. Then the elevator broke for at least 6 months. Living on the 4th floor sucked with groceries.. not to mention the building had many older residents and some that were disabled.. The management sucks! They tell you NO TV after 10pm.. and then when you complain about tenants being loud at 3am nothing is done..
