Reading the previous reviews, They must have been posted before they completed the renovations. I live in a bachelor (There's a small kitchenette that once was the entry closet) and rent is $795. I love the dark hardwood floors and exposed brick. Hallways and stairs look great (Dark hardwood, with plush carpet runners over them. Basement has been remodeled, Laundry room completely re done and re tiled, a few months ago.There used to be 3 crappy washers, now there 4 or 5 I believe, brand new, works much better. Noel (The maintenance guy) has been extremely helpful and responds to my requests quickly. Parking is bearable, but not ideal, I used to live on Normandie, and that was a nightmare for parking, so this isn't that bad. If all else fails, there's always parking 2 blocks away on Wilton, you would just have to move it by 7 am, and by then parking on Gramercy is open. I do agree with the noise thing, I can hear the neighbor washing dishes, but the worst is the A-Holes upstairs, stomping around on the hardwood floors with her high heels, and I guess they have a pull out bed, cause everynight around 11, it sounds like furniture moving around.

The landscaping has been re-done and is lush and gorgeous. Nice fountain etc. Very pet friendly building which is hard to find in L.A. nowadays.
